When & where will my order ship?

  • After payment is verified, it takes 3-5 business days to process and ship your order from our warehouse. 
  • This does not include weekends or holidays. 

How long will my order take to be delivered?

  • Delivery takes between 5-8 business days after shipping. 
  • Due to high demand and postal service workers confinement, delivery may take longer; 10-15 business days.

How can I track my order?

  • You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. 
  • Please note that it takes up to 72 hours for the first scan to appear; do not be alarmed if your package is not immediately placed "in transit."
  • You can also access tracking through our "Track Your Order" tab on the main menu. 

My package says delivered, but I never received it?

  • Ruggs4All IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN GOODS
  • If your tracking information shows "delivered" to your address but you never received your package, you will have to file a "lost" package claim with carrier. 

What form of payments do you use?

  • Secure payments with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. 

Are the payment secure?

  • Ruggs4All uses a certified payment gateway provider. All credit card details are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Our payment gateway provider has been audited by an independent PCI Qualifies Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payment industry. Ruggs4All therefore do not see or keep your credit card information.
